Grace Notes and Drags,
I can enter them but the play back of the grace notes are as loud and the primary note. Grace notes should be softer than the primary note. I was taught that grace notes have no time.

I don't think MuseScore has the proper notation or sound for these percussion techniques.

That's very interesting I'm surprised as MuesScore has a very robust marching percussion sounds which
in the marching idiom flams and drags are very important
In Finale I can adjust the quantization settings EDUs (1024 per quarter note)
