Unable to re-download musescore 4

Earlier this year I downloaded musescore4, created a few scores, and then deleted it for space. I am now trying to re-download it, but I'm running into an error every time. I have tried every solution mentioned in other support forums such as deleting musescore from the hard drive or downloading it in a different program file, but none of it seems to work. I have attached the error message below. After that message it says, it can't delete an older version of musescore and can't install the new one.
