Alternate beam on quatrains sixteenths

• Oct 28, 2014 - 10:44

Hi everyone, I need to write notes as in the attachment. I don't know if a topic already exist on this issue, but I didn't find it, and I don't know how to describe it. Alternate beam in the same staff on quatrains of sixteenths? (I know my english is not perfect!) I only found topics about crossed beam on multiple staves.

I'm using MuseScore 2.0 for Mac (it's wonderful!!! :D ), who can help me??

Thank you very much!

Hi James

Here is a file (produced in 1.3) - is this what you are looking for? If so, see this - I clicked on a rest and did 'beam middle'.

Just to let you know: 2.0 is in beta and it isn't recommended for full use. :)

Hi Chen Lung, yours is a good solution, I didn't though, thank you!

I know MuseScore 2.0 is in beta, but I need to transcribe a tablature and I could not figure how to transcribe on Muse Score 1.3....is it possible? If not, I have to use 2.0.

However thanks again for your quick reply!
