Time Signature Unicode character entry

I'm trying to put a time signature in a system text item. Using the "insert special character window" you can add the unicode time signature denominators, but I can't figure out the numerator.

Acording to this link there are two unicode control characters that denote which character is meant to be the numerator. How do I input these? The fact that the special character window has a Time Signatures category tells me that someone thought about it ahead of time. Therefore I'm either too dense to figure it out, or the characters aren't easy enough to find, imo. In the link is also some time signatures already combined, including the 6/8 I want to use, but when copy-pasting the characters I'm getting a different unicode output :(
