Bug Report: Changing frame height does not work

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new score.
2. Select title frame.
3. Go to Properties.
4. Change the Height of "10" to something else (by typing or clicking up/down)

expected behavior: Change of height
actual behavior: Nothing changes.

Just after changing frame height by dragging with mouse, the height parameter works.
