A problem with uploading is, almost always, an issue with musescore.com rather than here on musescore.org. You probably will need to report it and request help there. Read How and where to ask for support.
You did not identify the error message you are getting when you try to upload. If, by chance, it was the "401 error", see the FAQ titled Why do I get the error code 401? (https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-359393). This issue may have to do with an expired authentication token: see Dkirtley's note posted May 5, 2024, in the thread titled "Your score could not be published" (https://musescore.org/en/node/363635)
