adding text to horizontal bracket

Hi I'm trying to ad a little text to an horizontal bracket possibly on top of a group of notes but I don't know how to do it, can you help me?
For now I can just put the bracket at the bottom but I can't find a way to putting on top of a group of notes and writing a text on the bracket,
