This is musescore.org. Here we discuss and support the MuseScore Studio application. There are no scores (nor anything else) for sale here. Nothing is billed or charged here.
You need to go to musescore.com, the score sharing website. Read How and where to ask for support and follow the instructions there to contact musescore.com.
