Implement or remove instrument edit button
The Create > Instruments dialog has an edit button. The UI is in place but the dialog doesn't appear to have any affect on the score.
Tested using MuseScore r. 2605 nightly

Implementation is postponed and button is now invisible (visible if mscore is started with "enable experimental" option).
Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
