Changing Tempo
I'm making a compilation of arrangements that range in various tempos. I know I can F11 and change the tempo manually, but is there I can make it change automatically through various points in the piece in playback online so people can hear it the way it should sound? I suppose if not, I could simply write some parts in cut time.

For tempo changes in a score, use tempo text:

Click on the note/rest where you want the tempo to change, then use menu item: Create / Text / Tempo (the shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+T).
There, you can set the BPM, or you can right click on a Tempo marking already entered and change the BPM under Tempo Properties.
