Local Handbook
It's not a big deal, but I notice that the "Local Handbook" option has been removed from the Help menu in 2.0. Is there a reason for this? I found it handy, and there are times (rare though they may be) that I'm on my PC with no access to the Internet.

Guessing it's just that the 2.0 handbook is still under development.

That indeed was the reason to (temporarily) remove that menu entry
