Octave clef for tenor

Can the octave clef (treble clef with hanging 8) for tenor be put on the basic 2.0 clefs palette? It's very commonly used and it seems odd that you have to go to the master palette to find it.

There has been a lot of back and forth on what belongs on the basic palette, and that clef in particular was the source of some debate. One reaosn to leave it off - although it's common in certain types of music for certain instruments (eg, tenor voice, guitar), it is added for you automatically if you use the correct template or add the correct instrument. So you would never normally need to add it from the palette unless you are doing something, well, "advanced".

The bottom line is, the basic palette is not meant for you or me :-). Switch to advanced and leave it there.
