Preference to display the play panel on startup is not honored

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Display > Play Panel
2. Edit > Preferences > General
3. Type new default dimensions for the play panel, and press OK
4. File > Quit
5. Restart MuseScore
6. Display > Play Panel

Expected behavior: Play Panel window size should match the new settings you specified in step 3.

Actual behavior: Play Panel window size remains unchanged.

MuseScore version: r. 2781. Bug also present in 0.9.5

According to the current code, the preference for play panel does not refer to its size but its position. I change the button label.
It was not working but now it does in r2783
When the panel is first shown, the position is used.

One remaining bug. The checkbox to display the play panel on startup is not honored. The show play panel menu has to be sync with this and we can't display a play panel if there is no score displayed.
