arpeggio position of cross staff note is wrong

1. create a piano stave
2. add notes to staff 2, add arpeggio to notes
3. move notes to staff 1
the position of the arpeggio is still at staff 2, doesn't move with notes.
but many other articulations can move with notes when set cross staff.

Cross reference http://musescore.org/node/4648. The arpeggio disapears completely when the tie is involved. but take out the tie, and the arpeggio stays in the lower clef.
Fixed in r2786. #4648 seems to be a different problem is not fixed yet.
