Using keyboard combination , entering the note into a chord for the last instance of the last bar always resulted to the fact that the entry is ignored.by the software. User must click on the last note again, and using the combination to re-enter the ignored instance.

Tried to enter initial 2 notes in the example (see the attached image) and could not find a way to enter it successfully.
Instructions for adding grace notes are in the handbook (see Grace note ).
