Chord Chart plugin

I don't know how this feature should work. I was expecting to see

1. The listing of chord based on key signature, vertical alignment of bass and treble (priority) if there are more than one tracks or more than one voices.
2. Key signature and horizontal progression of notes for single track, or single voice.

I cannot see this working as expected above. How does this feature actually work?
