This is possible already with 2.0 Beta 2, add a hairpin and enable the circled tip via inspector
Keep in mind, this does not adjust volume only key velocity. So, a long sustained pitch will not decrease in volume. If properly set up, however, a series of notes under a diminuendo will reduce in velocity...
One day we'll be able to adjust channel volume, I'm sure...
