Time signature after incomplete measure

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open "time change after incomplete measure.mscz"
2. Right-click on an empty part of measure 2 and choose "Measure Properties.."
3. Give measure 2 an actual duration of 3/4
4. Press "OK"
5. Drag a 3/4 time signature to measure 3

Expected behavior: A 3/4 time signature should appear in measure 3

Actual behavior: Measure 3 onwards become 3/4 but no time signature is displayed

MuseScore version: r. 2865 nightly and 0.9.5 stable
