Change instrument doesn't affect "Use drumset"

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create new score for flute
2. Right-click on empty part of staff, choose "Staff Properties..."
3. Click "Change Instrument" and choose "5-line drumset"
4. Press "OK"

Expected behavior: "Use Drumset" should be marked since I've switched from a melodic instrument to a non-pitched percussion.

Actual behavior: "Use Drumset" remains unmarked and the note entry doesn't work as expected for 5-line drumset.
