"Save Selection..." saves everything up to (and including the selection)

  2. Select a (range of) measure(s) not including the 1st measure
  3. "Save Selection...", give a name, OK
  4. open the file just created

Expected result: Only the selection is in the new file
Actual result: anything up to (and including) the selection is in the file
