The color of the note stem of the 8th note cannot be changes like the other elements of the note can. I haven't check the other note values other than the quarter not which seems to be OK for adjusting the color of all elements of the note.
Also, it would be helpful to be able to change the color all elements of notes simultaneously. This has do be done individually. Also would be helpful to be able to select all the notes and change the color of the entire selection.

As explained in the forum, this should work fine in current 2.0 builds. If you have a recent build and are still having problems, please post the specific score you are having problems with and *precise* step by step instructions to reproduce the problem.

I can change it without a problem in the latest version.

This can also be done in the latest version.
Please report in a new thread if you still encounter issues.
