Rest over note

I'm trying to "musescorize" a .pdf sheet, but I'm having trouble with some parts.
The sheet has a 1/8 rest over a whole note, and other 1/8 and 1/4 notes in the same compass.
I don't know if I'm clear, so I'll post an image:

Is it possible to do that?
