Page number text location not saved

I moved the page number ("1", "2" etc) via the mouse to a different location. It looked fine, but did not save its location in the score file.

Steps:
1) Style>Edit General Style...
2) Select Number category
3) check all: Page Numbers, Show First, Odd/Even so page numbers show
4) OK
5) Drag a page number (e.g. "1") from the default lower right to the middle of the page
6) Save, close, and reopen document

Result:
The page number is back to the lower right.
