Quarter tone playback plugin for v2
I created a plugin to add tuning offsets to notes according to quarter tone accidentals.
It does not account for custom key signatures, but it will remember accidentals to the end of the measure in the same octave.
It doesn't support presets as did the one created by Miwarre for v1.3 but it remembers its settings when called the next time. Therefore I don't know if I should create a new entry on the plugin pages, or if it should be mentioned on the "microtune" plugin page.
As always: Back up your work before using the plugin!
