Adding Parts
So, i am trying to create a piece that has 16 parts, however, i can only see 14 of them. is there any possibility of me being able to have 16 parts on my piece or is 14 the maximum i can have?

Make the paper longer, the score smaller or reduce the staff distance
It's hard to be sure without seeing your score (the actual MSCZ file, not just a picture of it), but I'm guessing that 16 staves just don't fit on the page given your current settings for staff size, staff distance, page size, and margins. Chances are you would be best off making the staff size smaller - Layout / Page Settings / Staff space.
