I understood your English just fine :-), but I'm still not quite sure what you mean. By "chord", do you mean to see the notes on the page? Then yes, this happens automatically when you import a MIDI file. if you mean you want to see chord symbols like "G7" above the staff, no, MuseScore does not have an automatic facility to detect what chords your file are using. You need to type chord symbols yourself.
