If you want to stop "al fine", the right jump to drag is "D.C. al fine". You can then edit the DC al fine text if you want.

If you right click on Fine -> Marker property, you will see that the name is "fine". If you right click on D.C., you will see that it should stop on marker named "end". Change this to fine to get the result you expect.
