Concert Pitch toggle with Flute part
Since Flute is already in concert pitch, and is a C instrument, I think I am correct in assuming that it does not need transposing. Yet, when I use the Concert Pitch button, it does transpose my Flute part. It has not done this with my Trombone part, which is also in concert pitch. Shouldn't the Concert Pitch button have no affect on my Flute part?

I forgot to mention, that the flute part was originally a Bb clarinet part, but by using the Staff Properties feature and changing the instrument, I changed it to a flute. That may have affected the Concert Pitch transposition.

It may indeed have. In order to help, we'd need you attach the score you are having problems with. Also say what veraion of MuseScore you are using, and anything else you can remember about how the score got into this state. Did you perhaps originally create it with an earlier experimental pre-release version of MuseScore 2 (eg, one of the nightly builds)>
