Show margin brackets in continuous panel

With the new Sibelius-like (very, very SIbelius-like) implementation of Continuous View, there's a little bit more room to display margin brackets in the "continuous panel," which is something I think would be very nice (and, it must be admitted, even more Sibelius-like, which is not necessarily a positive thing in and of itself, but in this case I think warranted).
