Everytime I press the accidentals-button in the palette (to make a note flat or sharp) MuseScore crashes.
I use version 0.9.6.1 revision 3280 on windows Vista

Comments

I can't reproduce.
What I did :
- Open MuseScore with demo score (0.9.6.1 on Windows Vista)
- select a note head
- Open Accidental palette
- Double click on sharp

I don't have a crash but a sharp in front of the notehead I selected.

Can you give detailed steps to reproduce the problem ? Also read [[nodetitle:How to report bug or ask for support]]

** I set the language to English, but the pallete stayed dutch, "Voortekens" is Accidentals in English, i think.
*** The windows pop-up says: "mscore.exe isn't working anymore, searching for a solution..."

Polbeer91, It looks like you have customized the palette in a way that is causing MuseScore to crash. If you discover the customization steps that cause MuseScore to crash please share that information.

To revert your palette back to normal remove the palette preference file found at C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\MusE\MuseScore\

For more details see revert to factory settings in the handbook.
