Conversion to grace notes
Please look at the attachment.
Some portions of the music I want to convert to 'grace notes' or reduce the length of the stem. Please advise how to do it.
For example the notes in the Treble Clef bars 1,2 &3 and bars 7 to 10 should be much smaller.

you had set the note(head)s to small, rather than the entire chords (consisting of just one note plus stem).
BTW: you also extended most slurs and hairpins the wrong way, just visually extended them but not adjusting the anchors (using Shift+right)
