blank document when printing (new user)

I have a document with
5 inch lower margin
letter-sized page
one staff with four measures with various notes in middle of the page
everything on screen looks fine.

But when printing
nothing is printed (blank page is output)
saving to pdf produces a blank document
Preview function on print options screen produces a blank document.

Can anyone help a newbie? File is attached.
