8va and 8vb for single notes

Perhaps it's possible to add 8va and 8vb to single notes transposing them up or down a whole octave.

It's already possible.

  1. Insert 4 C quarter.
  2. Drag a 8va line to the first one
  3. Double click the line and use Shift + Left to move the last handle to the first note
  4. Play

--> only first note is played one octave higher.
For esthetic purpose, you might want to extend the line, double click and use the mouse to drag the handles.
