Muse 1 files not opening in Muse 2
Hi. For some reason scores that I created with Musescore 1.2 (either saved as mscx or mscz formats) are not opening in Musescore 2. I get a blank page, either opening from within Musescore 2 or double-clicking on the file.
This is on OS X Yosemite.

All scores or just some? Is it possible you are just seeing an initial blank title page and the rest of your score starts on page 2? Sometimes the sizes of things change slightly and perhaps just enough to have this effect on a small number of scores.
If that's not it, then in order to help further, we'd need you to post one of the specific scores you are having trouble with.

Attached are two scores in question, one saved as mscx, the other mscz. Both saved with Version 1.2 of Musescore for OS X. Please let me know if anyone spots the problem.
However, saving as XML and reopening and saving with 2.0 seems to work.

The MSCX does not appear to have been saved with 1.2, and cannot be opened in that program, so I cannot compare. I can verify it has no content, but it appears you actually saved the default "My First Score" using 2.0 rather than the score you intended to save.
The MSCZ version does indeed have a problem on load. I tried extracting the MSCX file from the MSCZ archive, and my text editor won't open it without complains either. Apparently there are invalid charcaters in some of the text fields.
After telling my text editor to let me edit the file despite the invalid characters, I deleted those invalid characters and replaced them with the word "Invalid" so you can see where they were, then re-saved it. The attached file loads file in both my text editor and MuseScore 2.0
