Octava 8va for more than 1 measure and barline

Is it possible to have an ovtava (8va) line for 1 measure and barline? I have stretch the line. But i can only do it only for 1 barline. The sequencer recognize only 1 measure. So i have to put for each measure on octava line. That looks not so nice.

Maybe there is a better way to do that.

That's it. I can't believe it's working with the keys combi. Thank you very much werner!
That should mention in the manual too. With the mouse it doesn't work.

Edit: I have seen that this have been described in general in the manual. It would be nice, if we can do it with the mouse too.
