Naturals in every key signature on Mac PPC
Thank you for fixing the issue in version 0.9.6.2 but the problem persists when a 0.9.5 document is opened in 0.9.6.2.
This because in the new version "create courtesy time" in Style > Modify Style is already enabled whereas in the old it does not exist.
Also, autosave does not work anymore. Mac OS 10.4.11 on Power PC iBook G4.

Was the file you created using 0.9.5 also edited using 0.9.6 or 0.9.6.1?

Image3 seems correct. As of MuseScore 0.9.6.2, there is no way to remove the "cancellation" naturals. It will be available in next major version. I have the same behavior on Windows so I don't consider this as a bug.
Autosave is another problem. Can you give more details in another bug report ?
