Frequent crashes during text editing
I updated to version 0.9.6.2 earlier today (vista) and it has since crashed at least ten times today during edits to instruments names and other text. This is a new problem, which I never had with 0.9.6.1

Please give exact steps to follow so others can reproduce the crashes you are describing.

It's most likely due to this bug #6775: Seg. fault by double clicking any element twice. Right ?

No, I don't think so... There doesn't seem to be any obvious pattern as to the circumstances under which the program freezes, only that it's always during text editing, specifically instrument names. I was trying to change the size of the text on instrument names and it repeatedly froze when I did so. Also, flats were replaced by a small square (easily fixed, but I don't know if this will somehow help)

Muse Score always crashes when I double click on objects such as time signatures or clefs. Wondering if anyone knew what the problem is?

MuseScore 0.9.6.2 has a known bug. When you double click on an object twice (so 4 clicks) it crashes.
