Time signature change causes triplets to corrupt score

To reproduce:
1. Create a blank piano score
2. Add a 4/4 time signature to m3
3. Add a 5/4 time signature to m2
4. Insert a quarter note triplet (of total duration 2) or eighth note triplet (of total duration 1)
5. Score corrupts

It is a very strange issue. It doesn't seem to be a problem with other time signature combinations, and it also isn't an issue if the 5/4 time signature is inserted before the 4/4 one.

I can reproduce on Windows with 0.9.6.2. Let's try to fix it for 0.9.6.3.

Interesting enough if you put 4/4 in m4 and 5/4 in m2, it works.
