Release candidate for MuseScore 0.9.6.3

MuseScore 0.9.6.3 is a bug fix release to fix a very critical issue introduced in 0.9.6.2 (#6775: Seg. fault by double clicking any element twice), There are a couple of more fixes in this version. To check for any new critical bugs, here is a release candidate for 0.9.6.3. Please test it and give feedback. If everything goes well, MuseScore 0.9.6.3 will be released before the end of the week and will be the same binary.
