Make the Note Heads Smaller

Sorry if I have this posted in the wrong forum, I thought it might have fallen under support but I'm not positive. Anyway, I'm writing a song and I wanted to make the notes in the clarinet part smaller for one section, just to show that that part should only be played in the case of not having enough tenor saxes. If anyone could tell me how to do that, that would be awesome. Thanks!
