Diatonic transposition

As of 0.9.6.3 there seems to be no easy way to transpose notes up or down while preserving accidentals (diatonic transposition) except for control-dragging, which also moves the barline up or down if an entire measure is selected. It would also be good to have a way to do this with the keyboard.
