Space between staves/systems
Hello there-
First let me say that I am truly enjoying this software!
It is much better than writing it out.
I have the latest version 0.9.6.3 on Windows Vista.
I have an arrangement that I am presenting to my church choir soon, but I am having difficulty with the spacing of the staves/systems. Sometimes they are close together and sometimes very far apart.
I have tried the recommendation you gave another user to edit general style and play with the settings there.
I have done this and more.
I will attach the file so you can see what I mean.
Please let me know as soon as possible if this can be helped.

It depends a lot on the constraints you have. Is this mean to be printed ? in the US?
Then you should set the page format to Letter instead of A4. See Layout -> Page Settings.
Then set where you want your systems to break by using a system break. You can find it in the Break or spacer palette.
Same for pages if it makes sense.
The music needs to be printed big ? Or you can make it smaller to fit more in one page? You can change this in Layout -> Page Settings -> Scale. You can also adjust margins there.
Once all of this is defined you can change the parameters in Style -> Edit general style -> Page.
