corrupted file cannot be changed

I have tried all of the suggested methods to fix my corrupted file including deleting the measures in question and replacing them. The corrupted file notification reads the same each time I try to upload ( measure 13-19 are reported to not have the correct number of beats per measure). I am Using Musescore 2.0 and the file was originally created a year ago in another version of musescore.
