Tails up AND down
Hi,
I've been trying to transcribe a piece of music which requires double
stopping on the violin. MuseScore works fine for most of it, but I need to
indicate a point where an A is played on the violin D string with the pinky simultaneously
with an open A string. To do that, I need to have a note with tails going
both up and down because I can't get the application to show 2 As side by
side. Any idea how I can do this?

Sounds like you need to use multiple voices - see "Voices" in the Handbook. Just enter the same notes in both voices 1 & 2.

Thanks - I've managed to do this now - I've never used voices before.
