That's a pretty big question. First step would probably be to watch the tutorial videos on the main page of this site, then maybe peruse the Handbook to get a sense of what else MuseScore can do. Then just jump in and try to put what you have learned to use, and as you come up with more specific questions, feel free to ask them here.
