The playback is not working; the play buttons are grayed out. I've looked everywhere for a solution and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program but it still won't work.
Not sure what you mean by "looked everywhere for a solution"—did you try on the right where it says "Search for help"? You also don't mention what version of MuseScore you're using, or what operating system you're on. But the solution is probably to revert to factory settings. Look for instructions in the Handbook. If you have any questions about the procedure, please ask for help in the forums instead of opening bug reports.
