The video description: "This video shows a hack made at MusicHackDay Bologna in October 2013 to create a MIDI file synced with an audio performance." The hack was made by lasconic, one of the developers of MuseScore. If you post your exact question, maybe he can give you a satisfying answer.

There is no turn key solution for the moment. If you are looking to synchronise two audio streams, such as like we did for the Well-Tempered Clavier (score midi>audio + musician recording) than you can use the Match plugin for the VAMP framework. You can read all about it at http://www.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/~simond/match/index.html

MuseScore.com also features manual way to synchronize sheet music with YouTube videos. Simply link a video with a score and while the video plays, you tap on the space bar for each measure change. You can see all the videoscores at http://musescore.com/videoscores
