Grand staff barline problems
Am I correct in thinking the barlines through a grand staff are only all connected when the top and bottom staves in the group are visible? I'm editing a vocal score in which, due to its size, I wish to have empty staves hidden, but the moment either the soprano or bass are silent, the other parts have individual barlines rather than the barline running through the entire system.

I think you're saying you previously dragged a barline down to connect a bunch of staves, but when using the "hide empty staves" option, this isn't working on systems in which one of those staves is hidden. When I just tried it, not only were the barlines not extended through the staves, but they are are actually not displayed *at all* on systems in which one of the connected staves was hidden. Definitely seems to be a bug. The good news is, it seems to be working in the trunk (the nightly build for the next upcoming major release, whenever that turns out to be).
