Invisible bar lines on one stave visible on another
How do I make the bar line of one part invisible while the other parts still have visible bar lines?
At the moment when I change to invisible bar line it does it for them all (vertical). For example - the choir is singing free rhythm (no bar lines) while the drummer is still playing in time.

is not possible, I fear, but there is a turn arond:
prepare the choir part in a file, and save as png.
Then take the relevant part, and paste.....
The ability to hide barlines on a per-staff basis would be nice. If I needed to do this right now, I'd probably start by hiding them all then add "fake" barlines (just ordinary lines) in the parts that needed them. If there were just a few, I'd draw them manually using the regular "line" facility. If I needed a bunch, I'd probably create a PNG that was exactly the right size, which is probably easier than trying to eyeball a straight line of the right size over and over.
