Style/General/Page Parameters Not Working?
I'm trying to adjust the stave spacing on the attached score but "Stave Distance" is not having any effect on the score - neither are any of the other options. Am I misunderstanding something?

Staff distance is for staves within a single system. You want the *syste* distance - distance between systems. There are minimum and maximum settings, so MuseScore can "justify" systems to fill a page. See the Handbook under https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting-0 for more info.

Many thanks. I'd checked those handbook before I posted and had tried those parameters but not as a "pair". I'd adjusted them individually and they had no effect. Sorted now
